Living on the net.

Featured above is my Tamagotchi Uni. I believe it’s the release before the current Tamagotchi Paradise. Purchasing one never crossed my mind but after my wife picked up an Uni for her collection I was certainly curious.

My love of cyberpunk is well documented. From music I make, my own brand, tattoos, the list goes on. Uni aren’t necessarily cyberpunk but the idea of a digital pet, especially one that can access its own VR/Networld, is. I mean you can actually scan WiFi networks for other creatures you can meet.

There is also something very Y2K about it all.

This weekend we are heading to Seattle for SakuraCon. I have always wanted to visit Seattle so I am excited. I have also been scoping out the other artists at the con. I have a feeling I will be doing a con haul post next week. Stay tuned!

About

Thanks for stopping by the Shrine. This is just a small space I’ve carved out on the net to collect everything from designs I’m working on, photos I take, or media I want to share.

You can also find me at:

neon shudder – my music, an ongoing project. mostly electronic, mostly instrumental, varying in theme and focus over the years. The name comes from the novel “Neuromancer” by William Gibson.

Phantom Port – my brand. It’s an outlet for creativity but does generally have a theme of cyberpunk and futuristic imagery. Some of it is fanart, a lot of it is original. You can also follow along on Instagram here.

My Bluesky –  Not sure how long I’ll be on here, or if I’ll even be active, but it’s better than the hellsite.
